You do NOT include your name when unsubscribing.

NOTE the following:

First, to subscribe or unsubscribe, you MUST send the command FROM the e-mail address that you plan to use or did use for your subscription.

Second, you do not need to put anything in the "Subject" line of your message. You can just leave that line blank.

Third, the above messages (e.g., subscribe homeforum Forrest Milder) must be the FIRST LINE in the body of your message.

Fourth, all subscribe and unsubscribe requests are sent to LISTSERV@MAIL.ABANET.ORG. Once you have joined the listserv, you can post messages to the listserv. You post a message by sending an -email to: HOMEFORUM@MAIL.ABANET.ORG

You can also post a message by clicking on REPLY to someone else's message.

Searching the Listserv for old messages:

You can reach the search engine for the listserv by clicking on this link:

At the top of that page, you will see the words "Search the HOMEFORUM Archives". Type in the phrase or words that you want to search for, and then click on the word "Submit" at the bottom of the page. In response, the listserv computer will produce every message that includes the phrase or words. For example, if you type reportable transaction , you'll receive a list of all the e-mails with that phrase in it.
